MADISON, WI – Nordic Consulting is pleased to announce Vivek Swaminathan has been promoted to
Chief Consulting Officer. Swaminathan joined Nordic in 2011 as a consultant and was the On-Site Lead
at Bellin Health from 2011-2012. He joined the executive team in July 2012 as Vice President of
Consulting Services.
“Vivek has done an outstanding job as the VP of Consulting Services,” said Drew Madden,
Nordic President. “He has excelled at leading our consulting practice, which is now close to 300
consultants. Additionally, he and his team have played a crucial role in rolling out Nordic’s new Summit
Series of post-live solutions.”
Prior to Nordic, Vivek was Director of Operations at WTS Paradigm, Middleton, WI, where he
was a member of the executive management team responsible for leadership, management and
profitability for all client services.
From 2003-2007, he held several positions at Epic, most recently Technical Services Group Lead. Vivek
holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a Business Certificate from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison.
