Nordic named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces 2017 list

MADISON, Wis. – Nordic added to its growing list of workplace honors as it has been named one of Inc. magazine’s national top 50 Best Workplaces for 2017. The full list of 200 companies is in Inc.’s June 2017 issue, which is on newsstands now. This marks the first time that Nordic has been recognized on the list, which measures private U.S. companies who have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.

Already this year, Nordic has received national recognition for its inclusion on the Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work in Healthcare list for a fourth-consecutive year and its second year as one of Becker’s 150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare. Locally, Nordic is one of only 10 companies to receive a 2017 Bubbler Award, honoring the Best Places to Work for Young
Professionals in Wisconsin and is also one of this year’s Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces. In September 2016, Nordic was ranked No. 3 in Madison Magazine’s list of the top 10 best places to work in the Madison area in the large size workplace category.

“As we continue to surpass milestones for growth, we’re proud to be recognized and see the culture of a small company remain intact,” Nordic VP of Human Resources Vicki Ryan said. “Honors such as this remind us of the hard work and great people who are committed to each other, our client partners, and their patients.”
