Nordic Managed Services adds 20th client supported by 100+ employees

MADISON, Wis. – Nordic’s Managed Services division has reached the 20-client milestone this year. In addition, it has grown its roster to over 100 consultants. As healthcare organizations strive to realize their strategic plan while minimizing costs, they’ve consistently turned to Nordic for application support.

MS-Home-Week-Group“We are honored to partner with so many great organizations to provide the best experience for their users while containing costs,” Nordic President of Managed Services Vivek Swaminathan said. “Our partners are juggling multiple, competing priorities while their providers still need world-class support. I’m glad our services allow them to focus on both the health of their patients and business.”

Led by increasing demand from clients in recent years, Nordic has increased its commitment to its Managed Services offerings. In the spring of 2017, Swaminathan was named president of the division, and in late July of that year Nordic opened its expanded Managed Services office space.

Nordic’s range of managed services offerings includes application support to organizations and their Connect partners as well as data management, system monitoring, testing and upgrade support. In addition to the Epic software applications Nordic’s Managed Services supports, the list of its offerings beyond the EHR continues to expand to meet the needs of healthcare organizations.

From Madison and from home offices across the country, Nordic’s Managed Services allows organizations to achieve better outcomes at predictable costs, keep end users happy, and free up their teams for strategic work.
