Nordic joins KLAS’ Arch Collaborative

MADISON, Wis. – Nordic is proud to announce it is a participating vendor member of KLAS’ Arch Collaborative. The Arch Collaborative initiative seeks to facilitate collaboration between healthcare organizations, their vendors, and other collaborative participants through best practice reports, webinars, and participation at a yearly conference.

Nordic is one of three consulting firms participating in the collaborative. Nordic was invited to participate based on validated performance criteria. In addition, collaborating firms are committed to leverage the knowledge gained from the Arch Collaborative research to help healthcare organizations improve physician satisfaction and get the most return from their EHR investment.

KLAS Arch CollaborativeUsing a physician questionnaire with answers focusing on EHR usability, the collaborative helps healthcare organizations gauge how well they are performing compared to their peers. The Arch Collaborative Report also allows organizations to identify gaps and strengths in their physician system build and workflows and gives Nordic further insight into issues impacting physician satisfaction.

Often when an organization identifies an area where there is an opportunity for improvement, the challenge can be prioritizing the improvements or identifying the expert assistance to move forward and make those improvements. The Arch Collaborative gives organizations the opportunity to learn and build a relationship with consulting firms.

Built on a foundation of relationships rather than transactions, Nordic is recognized as an industry leader and can tailor a range of solutions to meet client needs. In the KLAS Healthcare Consulting and Services report, released earlier this year, Nordic was the firm most mentioned by healthcare organizations as a true partner. In addition, Nordic had the highest rating of any firm for overall performance in the 2018 KLAS HIT Assessment and Strategic Planning report.

“We’re grateful to be noted by KLAS as one of the firms with the expertise and the resources to help providers where they are struggling with their EHR,” Nordic VP of Optimization Solutions Brian Beinborn said. “Our goal is to help create better experiences for providers and patients.”
