John Soules Foods, Inc Goes Live with Position Budget Management
John Soules Foods, Inc. has had a successful go-live with Infor’s Position Budget Management functionality! Nordic's ERP Services team has been working with John Soules Foods since 2016 on a phased implementation of Infor’s Human Capital Management products including Global Human Resources, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation Management, and Performance Management. John Soules Foods and Nordic ERP Services are partnered to implement additional pieces, including Talent Acquisition, as well as the newly available GHR Payroll module. The payroll project kicked off June 4th, 2020, and will be going live on January 1st, 2021!
Mountain West Healthcare Organization Goes Live with GHR Benefits
Congratulations to an integrated, non-profit health care organization in the mid-west going live with Infor GHR Benefits! Nordic's ERP Services team helped them implement GHR Benefits and migrate around 4,000 employees from HRM Benefits to GHR Benefits in time for them to use GHR Benefits for Open Enrollment this year! Open Enrollment was a huge success!

Ohio Health Care System Goes Live With Infor Global Human Resources
Nordic's ERP Services team is pleased to announce the Go-Live of an Ohio Health Care System with Infor Global Human Resources! Nordic ERP Services helped align contrasting business unit practices and procedures towards a best-practice model with flexibility for regionalized business and market requirements through their GHR implementation. The team also helped develop a fully automated, Infor-supportable technical solution for their system network user provisioning needs, encompassing not only Infor solutions but downstream solutions such as Active Directory and Epic. Kudos to both the health care system’s project team and the ERP Services team for establishing a solid foundation for their future growth!
Texas Healthcare Provider Goes Live, Consolidates Nine Facilities onto One Platform
This project brought 9 additional facilities onto a consolidated platform! Nordic's ERP Services team helped them activate Finance and Supply Chain Management functionalities for the new organizations.
This followed a successful Go Live for Human Resources, Payroll, and Kronos earlier in 2020. The new organizations migrated away from a variety of disparate systems and multiple manual processes into a single integrated system for all of their core ERP activities, aligning them with the rest of the organization already on Infor.
They are continuing to partner with Nordic's ERP Services team for additional implementation phases as well as onboarding new acquisitions onto the Infor platform!
