Rob Barras

Senior Vice President, Growth

Rob Barras joins Nordic as senior vice president of growth on our Managed Services team. Rob is a healthcare IT veteran spending most of the last 15 years leading regional and national sales teams for CTG. He's also made stops at Healthlink/IBM, FCG, Cerner, and The Advisory Board. He has a passion for making sure clients understand the business value of our work. Rob is based in the Philly area with his wife, Patty, and four children.

Jen Gitchell

Strategic Advisor, Digital Health

Jen Gitchell joins Nordic as a strategic advisor in Digital Health. Jen is a results-driven product leader with a robust 14-year track record in driving innovation and operational excellence within the healthcare ecosystem. Her expertise spans product management, strategic operations planning, Agile methodology, and cross-functional collaboration, leading to the successful launch of cutting-edge clinical platforms and patient mobile applications. Jen has created solutions that connect the care continuum, optimized product lifecycles, and implemented streamlined processes. Jen holds a Master of Public Health in global health system management from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Texas Christian University.

Eric Pennington

Solutions Executive, Digital Health

Eric Pennington joins Nordic as a solutions executive for Digital Health. Eric is passionate about helping healthcare organizations modernize their data and systems infrastructure. Before Nordic, he spent several years at Epic helping to found and drive forward their Cogito analytics practice. He also helped establish the healthcare practice at Qlik, a data visualization company, and led a small consulting firm to become an industry leader in Epic on cloud deployments. He was previously at Nordic from 2017-2020, where he helped establish the digital health practice.
