Stu McLean was appointed CEO in April 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience leading healthcare companies through market-leading strategies that drive strong competitive positioning, operating performance, and financial results.

Stu McLean was appointed to the role of CEO in April 2024. Stu brings to this role over 25 years of success developing and implementing market-leading strategies to drive durable improvements in competitive positioning, operating performance, and financial results to ensure the success of the healthcare companies he leads.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in strategy and finance, from the University of Michigan.

Stu lives in Westchester County, NY and Cape Cod, MA. He is the proud father of four amazing young adults, one of whom is a student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Steve joined Nordic in March 2025 to oversee sales, operations, and marketing in support of the company’s strategic growth objectives. As Chief Growth Officer, he is focused on delivering value to our clients through a strong set of services and competitive offerings.

With a proven 25-year track record in healthcare operations in the provider setting and healthcare IT consulting management, Steve’s expertise is in leading high-performing teams to deliver results and improve business performance. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Cook Children’s Health Care System, in addition to executive leadership roles at Avaap, Divurgent, Healthlink Advisors, Encore Health Resources, and IBM Global Services.

Steve graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and received his MBA from Fitchburg State University. He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a CHCIO and a former board member of CHIME, and a long-standing member of HIMSS. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife, and is the proud father of two children.

Mickey joined Nordic in April 2023 as senior vice president of Global Delivery. In 2024, he assumed the role of President of Managed Services, focusing on growth and operational excellence to ensure consistent delivery of quality managed services.

Mickey is a proven IT and business leader with an exceptional track record built on a unique combination of business, technical, financial, and leadership expertise across all sectors, including business development, global delivery, technology implementation, data center migrations, and IT management. He started his career at the Sisters of St. Joseph in Northern California and spent 18 years at Perot Systems/Dell, where he was responsible for its healthcare and life sciences customer services center for the infrastructure services delivery organization. In this role, he oversaw 1,000 global team members to deliver a seamless customer experience. Mickey has also held leadership roles at Xerox, Unisys, and DXC, owning professional services, managed services, and driving strategic direction to support organizational growth.

Outside of his responsibilities at Nordic, Mickey enjoys reading and traveling. He lives outside of Dallas, Texas with his wife.

Kevin Erdal

Kevin Erdal is a President of Advisory Services at Nordic, where he focuses on expanding the firm’s capabilities while helping clients drive meaningful transformation and supporting operational excellence.

Kevin Erdal is a President of Advisory Services at Nordic, where he focuses on expanding the firm’s capabilities while helping clients drive meaningful transformation and supporting operational excellence. He partners closely with healthcare leaders to design and implement solutions that improve clinical outcomes, enhance operational performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across complex health systems. In addition to delivering strategic engagements, Kevin works to build and scale high-performing teams—both within Nordic and for clients—to support enterprise objectives.

Kevin joined Nordic in May 2019 after spending over nine years at Mayo Clinic, where he developed deep expertise at the intersection of clinical operations, analytics, and technology enablement. Most recently, he served as a Service Delivery Manager within Mayo’s Unified Data Platform, managing a team of developers responsible for integrating data from multiple electronic health record (EHR) platforms and ancillary systems. In this role, Kevin played a key part in advancing Mayo’s data governance capabilities, strengthening operational reliability, and leading the build-out of the enterprise data platform in support of performance measurement.

Earlier in his career at Mayo Clinic, Kevin served as a Lead Analyst/Programmer and Cogito Project Manager during Epic implementations, where he led teams of report developers across the health system. His work supported clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders by delivering trusted analytics that improved care delivery, operational efficiency, and executive insight. He began his tenure at Mayo as a report developer supporting both clinical and revenue cycle functions, with a strong focus on operational reporting, workflow enablement, and application support.

Kevin holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Winona State University. He maintains multiple Epic certifications and holds the Cerner Millennium Fundamentals certification, project management certifications from Mayo Clinic, and the Silver Mayo Quality Fellow designation—reflecting his strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence in healthcare.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys staying active through basketball, volleyball, golf, and softball. He and his wife stay busy keeping up with their two young daughters.

Terri LeFort

Terri LeFort

President, Nordic International

Terri LeFort joined Nordic in 2019 and serves as president and senior executive, Nordic International, bringing 30 years of healthcare experience to set strategic direction for Nordic’s international markets and ensure alignment with U.S. operations and global performance goals.

Terri LeFort joined Nordic in 2019, when it acquired Healthtech Consultants. After continuing to serve as president of Healthtech for three additional years, in 2022 Terri took on an expanded role as Nordic’s president and senior executive, International. In this role, the 30-year healthcare veteran sets policy and strategic direction for Nordic’s international markets, ensuring close coordination with the U.S. and fulfilling the company’s mission and financial targets internationally. She also ensures integration and standardization across the geographies, bolstering Nordic’s efforts as a global leader that addresses the local needs of regional geographies.

Prior to joining Nordic, Terri led Healthtech for 20 years, guiding healthcare organizations through successful patient safety and clinician adoption initiatives. She has significant experience in clinical systems assessment, planning, and implementation, along with CPOE and electronic medication management. She also boasts decades of clinical practice, both on the front lines and in management, has spoken internationally on electronic clinical documentation best practices, and is an industry leader in advanced clinical system planning and implementation.

Katherine Sager is President of Healthcare Enterprise Services at Nordic, leading the firm’s EHR, ERP, and staffing solutions. She oversees teams supporting healthcare organizations through the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of enterprise platforms.

Katherine Sager is President of Healthcare Enterprise Services, leading the firm’s EHR, ERP, and staffing solutions businesses serving healthcare organizations across the United States. She oversees a team of more than 1,000 professionals who partner with health systems to implement, optimize, and sustain mission-critical enterprise platforms including Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH, Infor, Workday, ServiceNow, and third-party laboratory information systems.

A respected healthcare IT executive with more than two decades of industry experience, Katherine is known for building high-performing teams and scaling complex service organizations in rapidly evolving healthcare environments. Over her fourteen years at Nordic, she has played a key role in the company’s transformation from an Epic-focused staffing firm into a multi-platform consulting and workforce solutions partner supporting hundreds of healthcare organizations nationwide.

Katherine’s leadership centers on helping health systems translate enterprise technology investments into meaningful operational impact. By aligning people, processes, and platforms, she leads teams that help clients navigate change, strengthen enterprise operations, and ultimately care brilliantly for the patients and communities they serve.

Chief Information Officer

Bob joined Nordic in October 2022 as President of Digital Engineering and became CIO in April 2023. He brings 30+ years leading healthcare payer IT, large-scale transformations, and regulatory and interoperability solutions.

Bob joined Nordic in October 2022 as president of Digital Engineering, responsible for all phases of product and solutions development. In April 2023 he assumed the role of CIO at Nordic. He has 30+ years’ experience, primarily leading large-scale healthcare payer business and IT systems and transformations.

Prior to joining Nordic, Bob spent over 20 years in Healthcare Payer IT in the role of CIO at regional plans in the New York marketplace. Most recently he led technology and the product development of solutions that assisted payers and health systems with achieving their regulatory compliance and interoperability initiatives.

Bob and his wife reside in Montvale, NJ, and frequently visit WI. They have two sons that reside in New Jersey and one son that lives in Wisconsin.

Irina Brault

Irina Brault

General Counsel

Irina leads legal, compliance, risk, privacy, contracts, and intellectual property at Nordic. She brings extensive corporate and cybersecurity law experience, supports growth and diversity initiatives, and holds a JD and CHPS certification.

Irina provides leadership, legal counsel, and employee training across Nordic’s global operations, in areas that include the evaluation and development of compliance and risk mitigation strategies, labor and employment law, contract review and negotiation, data privacy and security, and intellectual property. In addition, she is integral in supporting Nordic’s strategy of accelerating growth and diversification through acquisition and partnership development and has played a key role in advancing its employee-focused diversity and inclusion initiatives. Irina also serves as Nordic’s corporate secretary.

Prior to joining Nordic in 2013, Irina gained invaluable experience in a variety of Wisconsin-based organizations, including, among others, working as an in-house counsel with a cybersecurity-focused firm, as a law clerk with a corporate law firm, and as a judicial intern in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

A native of Russia, Irina graduated summa cum laude from Southern Ural State University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in linguistic studies. After her teaching assignments in Russia, she immigrated to the United States to continue her career as an educator and administrator at the Russian Community School in Madison, WI, which was followed by earning a Juris Doctorate degree from the Marquette University Law School. Irina also obtained the Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security designation through the American Health Information Management Association (CHPS).

Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer

Marty joined Nordic in December 2023 as the chief compliance and privacy officer. He oversees all aspects of Nordic’s compliance and privacy activities, including ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CMS, and other domestic and international regulations.

A seasoned healthcare compliance professional with more than 30 years of experience, Marty has held a variety of roles at NTT Data, Baylor Health Care System (now Baylor Scott & White), TpHR, Methodist Health System, and Parkland Health and Hospital System.

Marty has a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Clark College and a master’s degree in health care administration from Texas Woman’s University. He is Health Care Compliance and Health Care Privacy Compliance Certified.

In his spare time, Marty enjoys cheering on the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys, listening to jazz and R&B music, and has served on several nonprofit boards. He has two grown children, a granddaughter, and a goldendoodle named Maverick. Marty lives in Little Elm, Texas.

Uyon Johnson

Chief Human Resources Officer

Uyon Johnson joined Nordic in April 2024 as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she oversees Nordic’s human resources team in their support of Nordic’s global employees.

Uyon has nearly 30 years of human resources experience with expertise in employee relations, DEl, organizational design, and succession planning. Most recently, she served as System Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Bon Secours Mercy Health. She also spent more than 20 years at General Electric.

A trained Six Sigma Certified Green Belt, Uyon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration, HR concentration from University of Phoenix. She and her husband enjoy being Bengals season ticket holders and spending time with friends and family, attending their children’s sporting events, and traveling.

Dr. Craig Joseph

Dr. Craig Joseph has served as chief medical officer at Nordic since June 2020, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare and IT experience, including roles as a pediatrician, Epic leader, and CMIO across organizations using Epic and Oracle Health/Cerner EHRs.

Dr. Craig Joseph has more than 30 years of healthcare and IT experience and has served as chief medical officer at Nordic since June 2020. In addition to practicing medicine as a primary care pediatrician for eight years, he worked for Epic for more than six years and has served as chief medical information officer (CMIO) at multiple healthcare organizations, using both Oracle Health/Cerner and Epic electronic health records (EHR).

While at Epic, Dr. Joseph helped build what is now called the Foundation System. He also assisted in the EHR implementation and optimization for Epic customers across the United States and Europe.

After leaving Epic, Dr. Joseph was the CMIO/interim CMIO at Agnesian HealthCare in Fond du Lac, Wis., Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, and El Camino Health in Mountain View, Calif. He has most recently served as the interim CMIO at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Joseph co-authored “Designing for Health: The Human-Centered Approach” in 2023. The book explores the application of basic human-centered design principles to healthcare writ large.

Dr. Joseph is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Medical Informatics Association. He remains actively board-certified in both pediatrics and clinical informatics.

Jenny joined Nordic in 2019 and since March 2023 has served as chief financial officer, overseeing financial strategy, accounting, and treasury.

A Certified Public Accountant, Jenny has led Nordic’s finance and accounting teams and supported daily operations, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and reporting.

Prior to joining Nordic, she held accounting, finance, and mergers and acquisition roles at Kohler Co., Lands’ End, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Most recently at Thermo Fisher Scientific, she held a global finance leadership role and oversaw the business unit’s financial planning and analysis function with plants and commercial entities in 43 countries.

Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Lacrosse and a Master of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She lives in Madison, Wisconsin, with her husband and two children.
