Eliza Corrigan

Head of Client Services, Europe and Middle East

For the past 15 years, Eliza has helped healthcare organisations and those they serve from technical EHR configuration and implementation project management to account management, executive support, and sales leadership within the consulting industry. She thrives on establishing and growing lifelong client partnerships, qualifying and developing customized solutions for complex challenges, and leading cross-functional teams.

Eliza began her career in Implementation Services at Epic in 2007. She then worked in the non-profit sector for several years before returning to healthcare IT as an Epic consultant in 2011. In 2014, Eliza became an account executive with Nordic, serving healthcare organisations throughout the western and southern U.S. by providing focused client engagement – including executive support for new strategic accounts – new service lines, and improved service delivery.

Eliza was head of Client Services for international healthcare technology consultancy Tasman Global, which Nordic acquired in 2020. As head of Client Services for Europe and the Middle East, she leverages her EHR experience, understanding of the global healthcare landscape, account management expertise, and sales knowledge to grow business and expand service offerings.

Eliza has a Bachelor of Arts in Writing from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.


Zach Johnson

Senior Vice President, Strategy - S&P Consultants

Zach has a global reputation within the healthcare profession for being a results-driven problem solver in the development, scaling, and deployment of complex HIT strategies for clinical and revenue advancement.

When he joined S&P Consultants in 2012, Zach had already logged more than 13 years’ experience in progressively evolving healthcare IT roles, including senior leadership positions in vendor organizations (Cerner) and provider organizations (Northwell and the Moffitt Cancer Center).

Today, Zach continues to build on his experience while leveraging a passion for developing and leading high-performing teams that are contributing to the growth of healthcare organizations around the world. He is often tapped by industry peers as a thought leader with a proven ability to develop strategies that allow the seemingly impossible to become possible.

Since joining the Nordic Global family in 2021, Zach has been expanding his influence to supporting government markets along with health ministries at the international level.  He also plays a key role in introducing S&P’s KLAS-award winning expertise with Cerner solutions to a broader audience.

He is a graduate of Truman State University and has a certificate for Leadership Strategies for Information in Technology from Harvard University’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Jo Smith

Healthcare Advisory Services Leader, Europe and Middle East

Jo has 30 years of global healthcare industry experience as both a practitioner and consultant that includes senior leadership roles in the UK NHS and work providing healthcare advisory services and solutions in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, South America, and the U.S. She is a trusted advisor to internal and client leadership teams and has successfully created new sector and practice structures and teams leading to significant business growth.

She serves as the Healthcare Advisory Services leader for Europe and the Middle East, offering a range of advisory and IT implementation solutions for global clients, including advice and counsel related to digital health system implementation benefits realisation; clinical, operational and financial performance optimisation; and health system integration and sustainability.

Jo joined Nordic after its 2020 acquisition of international healthcare technology consultancy Tasman Global, where she was head of Healthcare Advisory Services. Prior, she developed the global health businesses of several professional service firms. She spent nearly 10 years at EY, focused on developing and delivering its global health business as the global health performance optimisation solution lead. Before EY, she was a managing consultant at Mott MacDonald Health in the UK, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and delivering business opportunities, and she also worked for several UK NHS organisations.

She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University College London.
