Jeff Flatland
President, Europe
Jeff Flatland is an entrepreneur with a background in marketing and business administration and was the founder and chief financial officer of international healthcare technology consultancy Tasman Global, which Nordic acquired in 2020. He now serves as president for Europe, where he builds a world-class team of health and technology experts and makes Nordic a great place to work. He is obsessed with learning about his client’s needs and pain-points, while leveraging technology to develop innovative solutions delivered with a local perspective.
While building Tasman, Jeff created and oversaw many of the administrative functions of the company, focused on the complex interplay of international finance, legal, and immigration compliance. At the time of its acquisition, Tasman had clients and employees spread across eight countries and three continents.
After a marketing internship with Universal Studios, he began his career in sports and entertainment marketing with Interstate Promotions Inc. Serving in sales and marketing roles, he forged partnerships with the biggest sporting leagues in the world, crafting innovative promotional marketing events and opportunities for retailers across the United States. He was eventually promoted to president, guiding the company through its acquisition. Jeff also founded MyFund in 2012, a financial technology application that helped pioneer the development of retail investing, which was acquired in 2014. He launched Tasman in Amsterdam in 2016.
