Global healthcare consulting firm Nordic receives ISO 9001 certification to support European clients

MADISON, Wis. – Nordic®, a global healthcare consulting company, announced today its ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification in Europe. ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard that helps organisations continually monitor and improve their performance through compliance with regulations and industry standards. In healthcare, ISO 9001 enhances patient care by ensuring efficient and effective clinical, support, and business processes.

“Our European partners demand not only compliance, but innovation and responsiveness. With ISO 9001, we’re better positioned to scale sustainably while maintaining the quality and agility our clients rely on,” said Bill Meredith, vice president, strategy and transformation, Nordic. “Through this process, we have enhanced our processes, focused on quality improvement throughout the organisation. This will allow us to better track client feedback and satisfaction, environmental initiatives, employee onboarding, business development, and quality outcomes related to our delivery.”

Nordic received the certification through BSI Group, a global business improvement and standards company specialising in ISO 9001 certification. As a certificate recipient, the global consulting firm will continue to receive comprehensive guidance from BSI Group to elevate performance through principles of process optimisation and streamlining, customer-centricity, and an emphasis on constantly adapting to meet evolving customer needs.

“Achieving this certification underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our European clients,” said Steve Eckert, Chief Growth Officer at Nordic. “It’s a meaningful milestone in our pursuit of operational excellence.”
