Nordic Consulting received 12 of 13 validations in a recent KLAS report on EHR education software and services. Out of the 17 firms evaluated, Nordic emerged as a leader with one of the largest breadths of KLAS-validated offerings.
Research shows education plays a significant role in the EHR experience for clinicians and other end users. For this report, KLAS interviewed 75 healthcare organizations to confirm vendor and firm offerings and provide guidance for others looking to enhance their EHR education programs. When KLAS asked for feedback on Nordic’s EHR education services, customers described the global health and technology consulting company as, “a strong training delivery partner,” “reputable,” “service-oriented,” “flexible,” and “easy to work with.”
“At Nordic, we tailor solutions to meet the needs of our clients,” said Director of Education Solutions Sarah Rosebrock. “What matters to us is providing programs that focus on retention and adoption that sticks. Our team welcomes the opportunity to share the load of healthcare education, whether it be for a short while or as a long-term partner. Our goal is always to empower our clients and their end users so they can provide exceptional care.”
Nordic’s KLAS-validated services span strategy/program development, content building, and staffing. The report identifies assessment/optimization, instructor-led content, go-live education, and ongoing education as the firm’s primary focus in the EHR training space.
“Education and training are integral to creating a healthier organization beyond just IT implementation,” said Nordic’s Head of U.S. EHR Implementation Services Andy Splitz. “Leaders should strive to make education a component within all endeavors across their enterprise.”
As the leading EHR implementor for Oracle Health (formerly Cerner), Epic, and MEDITECH, Nordic has also been recognized as Best in KLAS in the categories of Overall IT Services firm and HIT Core Clinical Implementation Leadership for 2023 and 2022.
